HK Electronics Fair (Spring Edition), 13-16 April 2026
Booth Allocation Policy

The booth allocation policy below is applicable to all exhibitors.

All verified Hong Kong and non-Hong Kong applicants will be invited to attend a Booth Selection Meeting to select a new booth location, according to the below priority:

A. Booth selection mechanism for ALL exhibitors including those of Hall of Fame (HOF)
Exhibitors will be invited to booth selection meeting according to the factors in the following order:

  1. Booth Area
Exhibitors of larger booth size will have priority over those with smaller booth size.
  2. Booth Option
Exhibitors taking Custom-built Participation will have priority over Deluxe/Premium Booth, while exhibitors taking Deluxe/Premium Booth will have priority over Standard Booth exhibitors for the same booth size. Standard booth option is NOT applicable to exhibitors of Hall of Fame.
  3. Participation History
Exhibitors who has previously confirmed a booth at the HK Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) in April 2025 are considered as past exhibitors and have priority in booth selection over new exhibitors (i.e. those did not confirm a booth in Spring Edition of April 2025).
  4. Open Ballot
Exhibitors of equal status will undergo an open ballot to determine their booth selection sequence.

**Hall of Fame (HOF)**

The Hall of Fame is open to companies with original brands or licensees of brand names. Exhibitors have to present a valid brand name registration and / or an authorization letter from the brand owner(s). Priority will be given to the followings:

  • Brands with advertising in consumer-oriented media to promote awareness and sales.
  • Brands with retail display in any market.
  • The Brand or Trademark owner.

B. Booth arrangement for PAST exhibitors (except those of Hall of Fame (HOF), Chinese Mainland & Taiwan exhibitors)

  1. The following past exhibitors are NOT required to attend the Booth Selection Meeting:
    • Maintaining the SAME booth size, booth option and location as confirmed in Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) 2025
  2. The following past exhibitors are required to release their booth locations confirmed in Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) 2025 and select new locations by attending the booth selection meeting:
    • REDUCE BOOTH SIZE in the same product section.
    • DOWNGRADE BOOTH OPTION in the same product section. This is applicable to exhibitors who request change in booth options from Custom-built Participation to Deluxe Booth, Premium Booth or Standard Booth, or other changes following the aforementioned downgrading order.
    • RELOCATE their booths in the SAME product section.
    • RELOCATE their booths to ANOTHER product section .
Exhibitors have to submit evidence or documentation (e.g. product catalogue, advertisements, brochures, etc.) to show their exhibits fit into the new product section. Changes in product section are subject to the decision and written approval of the Organiser.
    • EXPAND their booth size.
Exhibitors’ present booth size and location will be released as soon as they are allowed for expansion. Requests for larger exhibition space will be approved subject to space availability. If exhibitors are not successful in expanding the booth, they may retain the same location as in precedent year.

C. Booth Selection Mechanism for Existing Hall of Fame Exhibitors in Spring Edition 2025 (Past Exhibitors)

  1. Past exhibitors of Hall of Fame who has confirmed booths in Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) 2025 (excluding those from Chinese Mainland and Taiwan) will have priority to keep their booth location provided that the exhibitors are maintaining the SAME size, SAME booth option and within the SAME thematic section. Exhibitors who request to change their booth option while keep their booth location will only be accepted for exhibitors with booth size of 30 sq.m. or above and wish to upgrade the option from Deluxe Booth to Custom-built participation.

  2. Exhibitors who have any changes in booth size, booth option or thematic section are required to release the existing booth locations and select new locations by attending the booth selection meeting (Please refer to booth allocation policy in Part A).

Important Remarks for ALL exhibitors (including Hall of Fame)

  1. Exhibitors’ display on its stand must incorporate at least 60% of its display area and exhibit the appropriate products corresponding to the product theme zone specified. The Organiser reserves the right to relocate the booth to the relevant product section. Please refer to the specific product categories in “Select Product Listing” page.
  2. Although past exhibitors normally enjoy priority to continue exhibiting, whether an application will be accepted depends on a number of factors, e.g. whether an exhibitor has breached any fair regulations in the previous years. Applications submitted after the application deadline will be processed as a NEW exhibitor and acceptance is subject to space availability.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to decline any application should the applicants are not eligible to exhibit at the Exhibition pursuant to the Terms of Application and Exhibition Rules & Regulations.
  4. A Letter of Confirmation issued by the Organiser is needed to confirm any Booth Location/Size/Product Section. Exhibitor is required to settle any outstanding participation fee within 7 days after this confirmation letter is signed. Otherwise, the confirmed booth location shall be released automatically without prior notice and the exhibitor shall be liable to the outstanding participation fee. NO refund will be made to the exhibitor after the confirmation letter is signed and the settling of the payment.
  5. The Organiser reserves the right to relocate an entire production section to a new location in order to enhance the overall attractiveness of the event to the buyers. If the location occupied by your company in the last event would then become part of the relocated section, you will be required to release your previous location and attend the Booth Selection Meeting to select a new location.
  6. The floor plan is subject to final approval from the venue operator, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
  7. All booth size / location requests are subject to space availability and the Organisers’ discretion.
