 HKTDC Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition), HKTDC International ICT Expo and HKTDC Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition), will be held from April 13-16, 2009 at the newly expanded Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), which offers the convenience of a city-centre location with easy access. These world-class events, which feature 3,600 booths manned by companies from around the world, offer great insights into developments in the fields of electronics, information and communications technology and lighting.

Marking its sixth anniversary this year, Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Spring Edition) has now established itself as the largest electronics fair in Asia, and the second largest in the world.
In addition to the exclusive Hall of Fame, the ideal platform for innovative products and premium brands, the fair introduces a number of special product zones including the new In-Vehicle Electronics & GPS and Electronic Gaming. Other major categories, namely Audio Visual, Home Appliances, Digital Imaging and Healthcare Electronics, make a welcome return to suit buyers’ precise needs. Not to be missed is the Solar Photovoltaic Energy Pavilion and Far Infrared Rays Technology Pavilion, reflecting the latest industry developments.

Running concurrently is the International ICT Expo, which offers the perfect opportunity to keep up with developments in this dynamic and fast-paced sector. Four new zones are created to streamline the fair even further - Computer & Peripherals, Digitainment & Multimedia, IT Security and Storage Technologies. To take the pulse of this vibrant industry, the Expo highlights five themes – IT Security, IT Service Outsourcing, Wireless Applications, E-Logistics & Retail Technologies and Business Solutions for helping SMEs to save costs and resources.

Another concurrent fair is the inaugural Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Spring Edition). Located at Hall 7, it gives buyers the opportunity to assess the latest trends of the industry for the coming year and place orders in time for the busy autumn and holiday seasons. Buyers will find a comprehensive range of products covering all aspects of the lighting world. Major categories include Crystal Lighting, Green Lighting, Holiday Lighting, Outdoor Lighting, Lighting Accessories & Components and Table Lamps.
